Carrs Field - Play Area
DESCRIPTION
This can be accessed from the Holmes and from a gate near St James Green. It consists of two fields, the northern one being left to pasture. The lower one with basketball and football facilities. The fields were gifted to the Town by Miss Johnson and her family as an area where the Thirsk sports had been held. The area is the responsibility of the Trustees of Carrs field.
